The candidate should have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Sector.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Marine.
- Proven track record of strong managerial experience.
- Experience working in the offshore field will provide a huge advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and Communication skills.
- Highly analytical with a good understanding of business processes.
- Strong Commercial Background.
